complete the registration.
Notes:
1) Early Bird registration should be completed before
December 30, 2026.
2) At least one author of each accepted paper must complete
the registration before the conference.
3) Each registration entitles only one person to attend the
conference. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the Delegate.
4) Day Trip on March 29 is optional for all participants.
Extra payment of 120USD will be charged. The day trip will
be arranged only if more than 5 participants sign up for it.
5) Student registration only applies to papers whose first
author is a student.
6) Please take care of your safety and all personal belongings, and wear your name tags during the
whole conference. No responsibility or liability is accepted by conference organizer in respect of any
loss or damage.
7) Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the
delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you
reserve rooms as early as you can.
The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference, but substitute
participants are welcome.
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund
policy applies.
# 60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund
# 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
# Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via
icbct2023@163.com.
The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall
not apply as well.
The organizer reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to
force majeure.
