Articles submitted to the Conference must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

English is the official language of the conference. Papers should be written and presented in English only.

# Academic Ethics
ICBCT will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, accepted, or published elsewhere.
Authors must not submit their papers elsewhere during the peer review process.
All submissions must be original, previously unpublished research. Any act of plagiarism is considered serious misconduct.
If detected, the following actions may be taken:
1) Rejection or removal of the article from final publications.
2) Reporting the violation to the author's supervisor(s) and institution(s).
3) Reporting the violation to appropriate academic ethics offices or funding agencies.
4) Reserving the right to disclose details of the misconduct, including author names, institutions, and article title.
